By joining any of our online monthly memberships you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
A.1 | Access to Membership Content
- A.1.1 The content within the membership is access only.
- A.1.2 You will be able to access the exclusive membership content as long as you are an active member, content may not be downloaded unless specifically noted.
B.1 | Payment Agreement
- B.1.1 Payments for all members will draft on a 30 day cycle including holidays to the card information provided on file.
- B.1.2 This will be 30 days from the date you signed up so please note this in your schedule accordingly.
- B.1.3 If your initial payment does not process, 3 attempts may be made to bring your account current.
- B.1.4 After the third attempt, your membership will be cancelled. You may re-enroll in the future during open enrollment periods if desired at the current membership price. If your membership is cancelled due to non-payment and it has to be reinstated you will lose access to grandfathered content.
- B.1.5 No refunds will be issued for any monthly payments.
B.2 | Membership Cancellations
- B.2.1 You may cancel your membership any time, but we ask that you must provide at least 72 hour advance notice of your draft date by emailing us at: info@ketchdivybz.com (this must be emailed for our records).
- B.2.2 Again, no refunds will be issued for any monthly payments.
- B.2.3 All cancellation requests will be processed immediately and you will be removed from access to all membership content.
C.1 | Webinar Question Submissions Etiquette
- C.1.1 You can submit your question(s) any day of each month through our online form ( here ).
- C.1.2 Insider Tip: If you would like to have a question(s) considered for the month, please submit by the due date noted each month on the calendar. Non-selected or late entries are archived for future consideration.
- C.1.3 Please use our online question submission form ( here ) to submit your question(s).
- C.1.4 If you have any tech issues with the form, please let us know and you can email us your questions directly at: info@ketchdivybz.com (Subject: Webinar Questions).
- C.1.5 Please ONLY use this form to submit relevant questions related to culture and history of the African Diaspora. Any abuse of this form in any way such as but not limited to submitting profanity, asking irrelevant questions etc. can result in blocking your email, as well as possible termination and ban of your membership.
